Dave is Founder and Managing Principal of Axiom Private Wealth, a Charlotte-based wealth management firm he launched in 2020 to deliver thoughtful, planning-first advice to a focused group of clients, particularly professionals in private equity and related fields.

Dave is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Bucknell University graduate, where he played Division I lacrosse. Before starting Axiom, Dave worked on an established wealth management team at Baird and began his career at UBS in New York.

He lives with his wife, Sam, and their daughter. Outside the office, you will most likely find Dave skiing in the mountains, planning the next family trip, or halfway through a home project that seemed like a quick weekend job at the time. He is happiest outdoors, working with his hands, or thinking about what Axiom can become over the next decade.

Dave has a long-standing curiosity about people and culture. He enjoys learning what excites others, whether it is food, traditions, or shared experiences, and that curiosity shapes how he connects with clients.

Dave is an avid sports fan who rarely misses a big NFL or NHL game. Music is almost always playing in the background, with a mix that currently rotates between Noah Kahan, Mumford & Sons, Kygo, and Post Malone.
